ANTHONY LEENDERS

Conceptual artist, Anthony Leenders fi rst studied architecture at the LUCA School of Art in Ghent. In a short time, he realized that this training did not allow him to suffi ciently encounter the material, so he changed his path to study interior design as well as a master’s degree in Fine Arts at KASK, a high school of the region. He very quickly integrated an important notion which would guide all of his work, making the object much more than a simple functional tool. This conviction then becomes his signature and off ers him some rewards in the industry.
